Participant Data & Account Management: Administer end-to-end participant lifecycle processes, including onboarding of new participants, updates to personal and beneficiary information, and changes to status, deferral elections, vesting, and years of service. Maintain and monitor investment portfolios and address changes to ensure accuracy and compliance within retirement and insurance systems. Transfer & Documentation Oversight: Process participant transfer requests and ensure timely delivery of required documents such as fee disclosures, Schedule A, and plan summaries. Manage access controls and authorizations for third-party administrators (TPAs), agents, trustees, and secondary contacts. Distributions & Plan-Level Transactions: Facilitate and quality-check participant distribution andwithdrawal requests, including routine and specialized transactions such as surrenders, blackout periods, rollovers, terminations, and COVID-related exceptions (e.g, C19EXT2) for ARGUS clients. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards during transactional processing. Reporting & System Tools Utilization: Generate, review, and analyze operational and compliance reports including Cumulative Error Reports, Unallocated Cash, and AWD Reports. Utilize enterprise tools and platforms such as OMNI, PWS, OWS, DVW, and Snapsheet to support reporting, data integrity, and decision-making processes. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, identify gaps, develop strategies for process improvement and generating tools for AHT.
