I lead directors and senior managers of a globally distributed team of engineers who build and support services to run the ServiceNow Cloud Platform. The team develops applications used by external customers, technical support, and operations teams (SRE). AIOps - Application Development The investments in AIOps are to reduce technical support MTTR and defer costs of over 12.5 million in 2021. We have leveraged predictive intelligence from the ServiceNow platform to improve the customer support experience using machine learning algorithms on regression, similarity, and clustering. Multi-Cloud Health Manage application development and support for CMDB health, Discovery, Monitoring, OS abstraction, capacity management, scalability, and performance. In addition, my team also manages logging and analytics for ServiceNow cloud using elastic stack. Ours is one of the largest implementation of ELK stack with over 30TB/day ingestion. DevOps Manage release pipelines of Java applications with CICD tools like Jenkins, Selenium, ServiceNow DevOps. Our CICD efforts realized the goal of zero-touch deployment to ServiceNow and Azure cloud with over 15K hosts.
