Playboy Beer Garden Indore offers the patrons a comprehensive and holistic experience for all occasions. It lives true to the company’s philosophy of providing the best ambience in addition to impeccable multinational cuisines and lip-smacking beverages. Job Responsibilities:• Spearheading recruitment process to ensure appointment of the best available human resource.• Designing SOPs of the organization with inputs from department heads.• Formulating financial, catering, and marketing policies and strategies, and ensuring that said policies and strategies are being implemented.• Designing and implementing sales promotional activities to attain not just revenue targets but achieving a positive repute among patrons.• Directing and overseeing AGM and floor managers to ensure that all administration duties for finances, human resources, stock control, cash control, promotions and marketing, corporate governance and compliance are being performed to the best. • Monthly reports to Board of Directors of the parent company as well as franchise owners of important topics including finances, marketing, and operations.• Acting as the primary intermediary between the Parent company and Franchise owners. • Weekly meeting with Junior staff members to mentor and share my personal experiences to guide them.
