New Product Introduction Domain Consultant in Innovation & Transformation Group within manufacturing business vertical of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A global customer facing role to closely work with world’s top auto OEMs, tier X suppliers and diversified manufacturers, to develop cutting edge products and solutions.• Lead and execute Business Consulting engagements in New Product Introduction (NPI) and its associated functions i.e. Product Portfolio Management (Product, Feature and Technology Planning), Innovation Lifecycle Management, New Product Development and Engineering, PLM Visioning and road-mapping.• Manage complete project lifecycle starting from customer interactions, proposal presentations (including large RFPs), project acquisition, project execution (business consulting) and management• Work as client solution partner in product development and PLM space, analyze business requirements, develop solution strategies, identify and engage global technology teams/providers/partners and manage solution development.• Mentor team for development of cutting edge solutions in NPI and PLM area using next generation technologies like crowdsourcing, voice of customer analysis, mobility, big data, and advance analytics.• Lead thought leadership and innovation related initiatives like conducting innovation days at client locations, conducting Industry research, trends analysis, authoring white papers, presenting thought leadership at various industry forums, developing innovative solution frameworks and methodologies.• Responsible for direct consulting revenue generation, solutions led revenue growth, annual business planning activities.
