Capacity Planning for constraint parts in coordination with Production.• Monitor & Maintain Service levels with tools like FFR - Commercial/VOR, Stock efficiency & Schedule Adherence on part line basis.• Analyzing supply chain risks & determining optimal levels of inventories to improve customer service levels through strong DWM and PDCA.• Taking corrective actions on Spike in Orders & Seasonal Demands advance planning. Understand Business needs, define & Set the process for excellence.Achievements:• Enhanced supplier on-time delivery from 74% to 94%.• Reduced procurement costs by 3% through strategic changes.• Achieved 100% VOR FFR for new models by improving MSS efficiency to 98%.• Lead Digitization project implementation in sourcing team.
