I am an automobile and manufacturing professional with practical experience in production, quality control, and field engineering. My background includes hands-on work in vehicle assembly, process inspection, line supervision, customer coordination, and technical problem-solving.I began my career with a two-year On-the-Job Training program at Tata Motors, where I gained strong exposure to automotive manufacturing, PDI, Kaizen activities, and defect resolution. During this period, I worked on eliminating a critical defect related to the snorkel rattling issue in the Tata V50, which strengthened my skills in root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.I further expanded my experience at Admach Auto Industries, working in the sheet-metal production environment, managing manpower, monitoring daily production targets, and supporting in-line quality issues.Currently, I am working at Kritamech Industries, where I visit power plants and steel plants to inspect mechanical seals, collect inventory data, coordinate service requirements, and support customers with technical solutions. This role has enhanced my communication, customer handling, and decision-making abilities.

   In this role, I mainly work on the ground. I visit power plants and steel plants to check the condition and inventory of mechanical seals. My day usually starts with meeting the maintenance team, understanding their issues, and inspecting the seals installed in their system.Whenever a plant needs a new mechanical seal, replacement, or any kind of service, installation, or assembly, I note down the requirement and coordinate everything. If a job needs technical servicing, I connect with our service engineer, brief him about the situation, and arrange the visit so the customer gets quick support.My job is a mix of technical understanding and customer interaction. I make sure the plant gets the right seal at the right time, the service happens smoothly, and the customer feels taken care of.
