Project Description: Client Central -Data Remediation Squad (Jan 2023 – Present)Client Central (CC) is a strategic CLM & Compliance system that was launched in 2022. However, there is no built-in mechanism to update data attributes in bulk in CC. So, the squad was tasked to update data attributes in bulk in CC application based on regulatory/productivity requirements across all capabilities i.e, Know Your Customer, Tax, Entity Management, Funds, MiFID & EAFResponsibilities Backlog planning and prioritization for Client Central Data Remediation across all capabilities. Define requirements, assess system and process impacts for the bulk data updates for impacted capabilities. Work closely with Engineering Analysts to ensure a seamless data publish plans for all the consuming downstream system.Achievements Uplifted Risk Rating for ~18k entities in CC & its downstream system ensuring that regulatory commitments are met. Simplified CRS adoption for any serviceable country by creating a backend process for generating & updating CRS details in CCProject Description: Client Central Migration (Feb 2022 – Dec 2022)As a part of this initiative, the project team aims at migrating the data to CC using MER Approach i.e, Migration Preparation, Enhancement and Remediation. Furthermore, the team worked with Technology and Innovation (T&I) teams to build the target system validation to ensure 100% compliance to the target data model.Responsibilities Participate in dress rehearsals to ensure 100% migration. Identify all issues for a client failing migration. Identify and execute the action plan to successfully migrate all clients that are failing migration (in dress rehearsals). Prepare of Business Recon Reports ensuring a 100% recon across KYC, Tax, Products & the client list.Achievements Uplifted migratable population from 85% to 99.91%(~125k Clients) Enabled informed Go/No-Go decisions through accurate Business Recon Reports
