Responsibilities:Visit to assigned government primary schools in the given district using public conveyance.Conduct descriptive classroom observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis with teachers.Conduct in-depth interviews, shadowing, document-analysis and collect the qualitative note with government officials.Conduct focused group discussion (FGD) with teachers/stakeholders.Digitize classroom observation data and on-ground observation notes for easy access.Take photos (e.g. of documents and classrooms), and audio recordings of all interviews.Ensure 100% of the recordings, reports, documents are sent to Ei by the end of the day.Actively contribute to the daily reflection call held by Ei.Ensure to meet 100% of the deadlines for project completion.
