Key Responsibilities:1. Training Strategy and Execution • Develop and implement regional training calendars in line with national L&D strategies. • Conduct training need analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business heads to identify skill gaps and learning priorities. • Ensure timely execution of onboarding, product, process, and behavioral training programs for Agency channels.2. Sales Capability Development • Drive competency-based learning interventions to enhance performance of sales managers and front-line advisors. • Implement certification and assessment frameworks to ensure readiness of field force. • Coach and mentor branch trainers or team members to maintain a high-quality delivery standard.3. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership (RMs, AMs, BMs) to align training initiatives with business goals. • Support recruitment and productivity enhancement through focused capability-building sessions.4. Training Delivery & Facilitation • Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions effectively using adult learning principles. • Leverage digital learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) for blended learning delivery. • Ensure all mandatory and compliance-related training is conducted within timelines.5. Monitoring & Reporting • Track training effectiveness through pre- and post-assessment scores, feedback, and performance impact. • Maintain MIS and dashboards on training coverage, participation, and outcomes. • Conduct periodic reviews with sales and HR to share insights and suggest improvements.
