Latest awards are Best green (4R) award from U.K. and CII-ITC Sustainability Award - Represent in several committees set by Central Pollution Control Board / Ministry of Environment and Forests and industry associations- More than 34 years of Experience- all in the field of Environment Preservation and Industrial Pollution Control - Attended number of training programmes/seminars & presented papers- Govt. nominated self to UNESCO for “Young Scientist Award” in 1989.

Attended professional training programmes in U.S.A. and Japan covering topics on Wastewater Treatment and Solid/ Hazardous Waste Management. Visited S. Korea and studied operation and maintenance problems associated with the operation of anaerobic digestors. Ensure smooth operation of highly integrated and complex waste water treatment plants. The plants employ several physico- chemical and anaerobic and aerobic biological treatments. Tertiary treatment like pressure sand filtration, activated carbon bed and reverse osmosis is used. Support/Suggest/Recommend/Approve various modification schemes for carrying out various water conservation and waste management improvement. LTDS recycle was proposed which is now conserving M3 per day of water by reusing effluent in cooling towers. Other schemes for improving anaerobic digestors and ensuring zero effluent discharge is in approval stage. Recently supported in commissioning of DM water plant based on Reverse Osmosis Membrane using LTDS treated effluent. Development and Implementation of various Training Programmes and lecturing as faculty. Advise management on various national and international developments as well as on audit points. Carry out site environmental clearance related activities hence extremely familiar with the legal frame work and requirements on the subject. Carrying out audit and performance monitoring of pollution control units. Developed ISO 14001 system inhouse without any help from Consultants and implemented. I’m qualified Lead auditor by M/s Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assurance, U.K, for the ISO 14001. Appointed as MR by top management. Responsible for all statutory compliance(GPCB/CPCB/MoEF) on environmental issues. Doing extensive environmental monitoring of various environmental and water quality parameters. Associated with educational activities-Visiting lecturer of near-by engineering colleges Member of several national Environmental Committees
