ABOUT ATUL GUPTA

I am a Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate with 13 years of experience in Risk‑Based Internal Audit, Business Process Reviews, and Enterprise Risk Management. Currently, I serve as a Lead Internal Auditor at UL Solutions, where I oversee global business audits, IT transformation reviews, advisory engagements, ESG compliance assessments, external‑readiness evaluations, and continuous audit improvement initiatives.Before joining UL Solutions, I led the Revenue Assurance and Contract Management function at [24]7.ai. I also established the India Internal Audit practice at OnePlus, reporting directly to the CAE in China, and introduced key risk management frameworks across the India operations. Earlier, at Juniper Networks, I contributed to the Global Internal Audit team, providing risk assurance and process insights for a technology‑driven, network‑infrastructure environment.My career began at Ernst & Young (EY) in Risk Advisory Services, where I spent 4.5 years conducting internal audits across diverse sectors including petrochemicals, metals & mining, derivatives, starch manufacturing, and polyester production.My core strengths span risk‑based audits, IT transformation reviews, data analytics, ESG compliance, quality assessment reviews, stakeholder management, and team leadership across global business environments.
