He has extensive experience managing supply chains in India and Sri Lanka, leading initiatives on social audits, SLCP implementation, supplier engagement, capacity building, and human and labour rights assessments to ensure alignment with international standards and local regulations. Currently, Atul manages the implementation of a Human Rights Strategy and social projects across global sourcing regions, integrating human rights due diligence through cross-functional collaboration and structured risk management processes.
