I was hired as I have a strong business background; In order to facilitate the smooth transition. I have been a conduit between business and IT\\\\n• Facilitated meetings with cross functional business teams to gather the requirements.\\\\n• Extensively conducted business process workshops to document the current business processes and created the current state business process diagrams.\\\\n• Performed gap analysis and documented the future state business process diagrams.\\\\n• Derived the Enterprise Settlement Services and designed the flowcharts of \'as-is\' and \'to-be\' workflows for payment gateways such as CyberSource, After Pay, Gift Card and PLCC.
