Todd B. After obtaining his law degree, Todd became a member of the Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
