If I or the firm can\'t help someone, I always do my best to find someone who can.My practice includes municipal law, constitutional law, self-defense civil rights litigation, firearm related regulatory compliance advice, general civil litigation, and appellate law. My passion for protecting civil liberties brought me into these legal practice areas. I have worked on high-profile cases in most of these areas, especially firearms-related cases. I have argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Court of Appeal. Prior to joining Michel & Associates, P.C, I worked in my family’s construction business. Over many years in the construction industry, I worked my way up from basic manual labor, to operating heavy earth-moving equipment, to being involved in various aspects of managing a construction project from planning and permitting through completion. My experience in the construction industry gives me an invaluable real life perspective in helping clients with construction and business related legal matters. I personally know what it is like when your business is jeopardized and you feel helpless.
