During his 20-plus year career at the firm, Paul Benson has been involved in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. He has prosecuted cases for, and defended cases against, clients in matters involving business torts, fraud, false advertising, unfair competition, construction claims, contract actions and Uniform Commercial Code disputes, dealership lawsuits, employment actions, environmental lawsuits and real estate litigation. Mr. Benson is also involved in counseling the firm’s business clients and training in-house staff in the methods and techniques of litigation avoidance.Mr. Benson has been recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America, published by Woodward/White, Inc, in the areas of product liability and commercial litigation since 2008. He has been acknowledged as a “Wisconsin Super Lawyer” in the areas of Litigation and Civil Litigation Defense since 2005.
