ABOUT ANDY MCLAIN
My law practice is focused on families- custody, parenting time, divorce and property division, but also the more contentious problems like interstate custody and child welfare involvement. My own blended family shows that people can work together. Cooperative relationships benefit children, and I am most happy when I\'m helping cooperative families. Then there are the situations where cooperation is lacking, or where serious problems need to be solved. I think of every case as a potential trial until settlement is done. I can defend- and advance- your position during negotiations and in trial. McLain Legal Services\' office is in downtown Portland, but I travel all over Oregon to help my clients. My cases are concentrated in Washington County, Multnomah County and Clackamas County primarily. I have also tried cases in Lane, Marion, Columbia, Yamhill, Hood River and Josephine counties. Specialties: Negotiations, trial practice, divorce, custody, support, support enforcement, parenting time, juvenile dependency, criminal defense and adoption.
