As a member of Foley\'s Tax Practice Group, I represent domestic and international clients in areas of corporate tax, corporate finance and securities and wealthy individuals in their business and estate planning matters. I am well-versed in issues related to the structuring of and planning for international investments and financings. This includes the structuring of partnerships and joint ventures, both in the United States and internationally. I also provide tax advice and counsel on private equity investments and portfolio structure.
