Upon Allegion\'s acquisition of Stanley Black and Decker\'s Access Technologies division I was asked by Allegion to serve as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel to the business, maintaining all of the responsibilities that I had in my prior role at Stanley Black and Decker, but assuming additional oversight and responsibilities for integrating the business and identifying synergies with Allegion\'s other business units. I continue to oversee the Contract Department of four, which Department assumed additional responsibilities such as licensing, management of insurance requests, etc.
