Co-manager of two Hyundai/Kia distribution centers in the Atlanta GA metropolitan area spanning over 1.0 million sq. ft. • These centers service 400+ dealerships and as well as manufacturing plants and ports of entry. • Workforce consists of 180 employees and 9 salary personnel. • Redesigned the outbound layout using Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize efficiency, minimize waste and reduce the overall footprint. • Focused on Lean and process improvement with the combined efforts of a dynamic team resulting in the operations moving from 9th place to 2nd in the company when considering all key metrics in 10 months.
