We have an opportunity to deliver a lasting programme of change that addresses the significant underrepresentation of Black talent within recruitment. Our Strategic Ambition is to remove barriers of 500 or more Black recruiters every year. We are bringing the recruitment industry together to collectively remove the inequalities which are restricting and inhibiting Black talent to apply for recruitment roles. Programme One is a commitment to challenge bias and redefine equal opportunities for all Black recruiters.
