Homelessness + Housing Director | Systems Builder | Cross-Sector Strategist | Government Liaison | Program Developer I lead housing systems that deliver more than just units. I build integrated solutions that connect policy, people, and partnerships to create lasting, measurable impact. As a Homelessness + Housing Director, I bring over two decades of experience in Project and Program Management, Policy Development, and more than 13 years navigating the full landscape of housing and social systems. My expertise spans cross-sector coordination, stakeholder engagement, and system navigation. I bridge government, non-profits, private industry, and regional organisations to address complex housing challenges with clarity, pragmatism, and outcomes that drive real change. Highlights Included: • $2.5M+ annual operating budgets. • Played a key role in securing >$10M in capital funding to facilitate 41 supportive housing units for single women. • Pivotal support in unlocking $2B in federal housing investment through the Rapid Housing Initiative (RHI) for the Region • Spearheaded shelter-to-housing transitions recognised by the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board. • Integrated healthcare services and harm-reduction programs reduced overdoses by 90% across sites in the 1st month. • Built collaborative alliances with policymakers, funders, healthcare leaders, and private developers. • Led emergency shelter and isolation services for high-risk populations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
