I am a Data Scientist with experience spanning startups and enterprise, focused on building solutions that make AI practical and impactful. At Kia America, I design and deploy large-scale machine learning pipelines on multi-terabyte datasets and apply GPU-accelerated methods to improve performance. I also lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate insights into marketing and strategic decision-making, shaping the roadmap for how data and AI solutions are adopted across the enterprise. My work includes behavioral segmentation frameworks and forecasting models that directly support enterprise operations. Earlier in my career, I worked in Silicon Valley startups, where I gained hands-on experience in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments. That foundation taught me adaptability, a strong product sense, and how to deliver value quickly — skills I now apply at scale in an enterprise setting. My current focus is on enterprise AI readiness — helping organizations move beyond experimentation to adopt AI in ways that are scalable, rigorous, and aligned with business goals. With a Master’s degree in Engineering from UC Berkeley, I bring a combination of technical expertise, practical execution, and a strategic outlook on how AI can drive innovation across industries.
