Support – Learning & Development Team AFM Trainer• Monitor daily metrics to ensure site compliance across all training types.• Collaborate with operations, including managers and team leads, to address training requirements during shifts.• Utilize strong analytical skills for deep dives into daily training modules, delisting modules, and monthly requirements to maintain BRS1 compliance.• Perform general office duties, including admin tasks, permission granting, instructor organization, and trouble ticket resolution.• Attend weekly performance meetings with managers to discuss associate performance and quality trends.• Provide problem-solving support for permissions and general site functionality inquiries from managers and operations managers.Outbound – Pick, AFM, QB Proxy• Conduct daily deep dives into onsite floor functionality related to pick/stow/count, identifying root causes and proposing improvement measures.• Liaise with multiple departments to enhance shift performance, organizing equipment repairs and resolving outbound issues.• Provide quarterly updates to Flow/Operations manager on floor performance and issues.• Implement new methods to improve site effectiveness, including quality control audits, floor sweeps, and equipment tool training.• Prepare daily staffing reports, allocating associates to the most efficient stations to improve productivity and site volume capacity for the next shift.• Manage and implement safety procedures for AFM’s & RME teams on the AR floor, including equipment checks and coaching.
