I am Atri Kundu. I am a Senior Supply Chain process consultant and a specialist in SAP IBP implementation.I help companies to improve Supply Chain processes, helping them to be more efficient through reengineering, process improvement and automation. I accomplish this through process study, analysis and by focusing on improvement of supply chain KPIs. I am currently working as an SAP IBP consultant, which is a supply chain planning tool.Over the last 16 years, I have enjoyed working on various roles in Supply Chain. I have worked in procurement, supply chain process reengineering, automation, supply chain standards, track and trace. I have also worked on Supply Chain planning tools such as SAP IBP and more recently working as an SAP IBP implementation consultant.In my current role as a SAP IBP implementation consultant, I conceptualized how to use machine learning capabilities in open source tools such as R/Python with Supply Chain planning tools and thus improving the planning capabilities of the tools. I managed a Proof-Of-Concept (POC) for improving the base forecast accuracy for demand planning, which was well accepted by the client.I played key roles in multiple supply chain process consulting assignments and helped in improving their efficiency. I have worked with a manufacturing company, improving their key KPIs such as schedule adherence, inventory turns, lead time. As a result of my work, client was able to reduce costs and increase profitability margin. I aspire to grow into a supply chain analyst and process improvement consultant roles in a product manufacturing company. I have a deep experience in supply chain process consultancy, process improvement, automation and have certifications in analytics and supply chain. I am a very analytical person with a passion to work in supply chain areas. I am good in supply chain process analysis, process improvement and automation. I have managed supply chain consulting assignments, providing solutions for improvement and automation. I like to work in a team.
