Own dynamic and static seal design projects for carbon capture systems, from concept through validation, ensuring performance and durability requirements are met• Lead design efforts by coordinating with mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams to deliver critical components on time and to specification• Create and maintain project timelines using Jira to track progress, manage priorities, and ensure on-time delivery• Identify and resolve mechanical issues through iterative design improvements and feedback from testing• Collaborate closely with test engineers to define test plans and obtain high-quality, actionable data from test rigs under my responsibility• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing test results, field performance, and failure data to guide next-generation design decisions• Manage documentation, CAD models, and configuration control using PDM systems• Serve as the technical lead on seal-related topics in internal design reviews and cross-functional meetings
