About Matthew Robison

As the founder of several businesses, my primary experience lies in the structuring and managing of a business. My formal education is in psychology, technical management, finance & capital markets. Being a leader is the strongest characteristic I possess, and if involved in a project, it is difficult for me to do anything except lead. As a leader, bringing a strong blend of vision, accountability, objectivity and people skills, my work ethic focusses upon conscientiousness, discipline, efficiency and organization. With a unique ability to create innovative long-term strategies, while maintaining short-term goals and objectives, I make sure that a good idea becomes reality, rather than remain fantasy; and understand and enjoy solving complex problems that are encountered along the way. Being investigative, enterprising and social, I am an excellent listener and am interested in understanding people, things and ideas. I pay a great deal of attention to information and detail in order to arrive at my analyses and conclusions, paying more attention to information that is imaginative and original rather than mainstream and standard. Creativity is always a part of the process when actively seeking new ideas and solutions. I am a fixer of things, always accept a challenge and work extremely well under pressure. We all push hard for what we believe in and what is important to us, and I rarely give up. Trying always to orchestrate unity and harmony, I do not like conflict and go to great lengths to avoid it. However, I am a good mediator and effective at solving other people\'s problems and conflicts. My goal is to inspire and motivate people to go beyond the ordinary by always offering encouragement, acknowledgement and an example to others. I have pledged to the growth and development of the people surrounding me by constantly providing vision and a focus on ideals, principles and values.
