Contributed to developing O-SPLAT in Pearson Lab, a tool to extract behavioral and stimulatory patterns from raw, multi-channel oscillatory neural data during real-time collection- Applied unsupervised learning, Fourier transform, and particle filtering with NumPy and JAX to streamline model workflows, optimize parameters, and troubleshoot, supported by extensive data visualization- Reworked comparable models to meet O-SPLAT’s objectives and compare performance; tested edge cases using datasets from the Allen Institute, IBL, and DANDI.
