I am a people-oriented, innovative thinker who is passionate about establishing simple, scalable processes, which create better experiences and results for customers. My 20+ years of experience in Customer Care and 15 years in Sales, Operations, and Business Planning has helped me become highly skilled in Operations Management, Customer Care, and Demand Management. In addition, I am also skilled in logistics and tradeshow coordination. When not working, I love to read, craft, and spend time with my cat. At times, you can find me binge-watching something on Netflix or Hulu. Being part of the community is important to me as I like to give my time and donate to charitable causes. I am a Co-Leader of the Avixa Women\'s Group Houston and a founding member. I am also a Member Advisor with the Junior League of The Woodlands for the league year June 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025. My continued efforts in community service will allow me to step into a leadership role as Membership Co-Chair for the Junior League of The Woodlands for the league year starting June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026.
