   Undertook valuation exercises for listed, unlisted and private entities in the pharma, cleanrooms, healthcare, EV battery, real estate sectors using the DCF method and the comparables approach.> Valued a CAT-II Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) with an AUM of over INR 9500 Mn with the investee companies engaged in a wide array of businesses such as NBFC, packaged foods, Lithium-ion battery recycling, EPC, aerospace & defence etc> Valued intangibles such as brand, non-compete, trademark, distribution network etc including the brand valuation for a popular healthy snacking brand under a Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) assignment. Also undertook PPA exercise for a well-renowned group of eye care hospitals.> Prepared Financial Models for an EPC and transformer manufacturer as well as for an Autism center along with advising the autism center for achieving value accretive unit economics for sliding into break even, capex plans, cost optimisations and opening up of new revenue streams.> Performed option valuation exercise (earnings driven call and put option)> Undertook several independent fair valuation exercises involving deep industry research include an exercise to value a listed entity for the purpose of its merger and recommendation of a share exchange ratio.> Valued asset heavy and capex intensive businesses like crane rental and thermal power generation using the NAV method.> Valued instruments like CCPS, OCRPS and CCDs as well as ESOPs.
