Product: MV Switchgear - air insulated VCB Panels, SF6 insulated RMUs and PSS. Responsibility:1. Pre-order technical support with GA drawings, data sheets, comments and deviation on specs etc.2. Post-order technical support with equipment assembly code generation in the Oracle system as per PO, submission of GA, SLD, Schematic diagram, BOM, data sheets, sizing calculations, component selection, compliances, customer meeting for technical discussion and approval. Post-approval technical support with releasing the approved drawings and BOMs for manufacturing, part code generation of components, uploading the BOMs in Oracle. Post-manufacturing support with compliance on customer feedback during inspection and as-built documentation. Internal communication for order execution and external communication with customers for approvals and with suppliers for components selection, compliance of specs.6. Post-dispatch technical support to the service team and Customer for installation and commissioning of products. Post-installation technical support to the service team and Customer for the requirement of spare parts of products.
