Member of group 92 engineering team responsible for designing, building, upgrading and maintaining the Millstone Hill radar (MHR) site and its subsystems. Project lead for the HUSIR Auxiliary Radar (HAX) servo upgrade.• Project lead for developing, prototyping, building and implementing the HAX servo system. The project used LL developed best practices to successfully execute the rapid upgrade in 6 weeks• Upgraded the HUSIR deformable sub-reflector servo system• Integral member of the Millstone transmitter upgrade team. Responsible for design and execution of the low power drive and various system instrumentation• Design and built fast protection system for the ALTAIR solid state transmitter• Redesigned the HUSIR concentrator board using SPARTAN 6 FPGA. The concentrator board provides an optically isolated data interconnect between the antenna control system and the radome• Mentoring/Supervising assistant staff and interns
