I have experience in multiple areas including Property Condition Assessor (8+ years), CAD/BIM Architectural Designer (20+ years), Project Manager/Construction Superintendent (10+ years), and a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Alabama since 2014. The Property Condition Assessments areas of real estate in commercial, industrial, multi-family, etc. while traveling the US. Designed over new homes all over the US, as well as, designed a numerous amount of remodels/additions from, as simple as, adding a room onto a house, to adding a second floor to one-story house.
