I work closely with Asset Management at early stages to understand and input into shaping larger accretive works, following which I then lead the delivery of projects, ultimately handing over to Operations team. The role requires me to-Provide early stage advice as to cost, time and practicalities for new projects and larger accretive works to the existing estate-Actively input to the process to obtain consents, structure deals, review costs and returns-Assemble, manage and input into teams for technical due diligence during the acquisitions process-Build and maintain cost plans for projects, modelling cash flows (including financing costs) tailored to each project and deal structure-Form and lead external teams, where required, to deliver all stages of projects in a timely fashion-Provide a single point of contact with Developers for forward funded projects, and internal teams-Organise and lead the process to obtain all necessary internal stakeholder consents, as well as driving external teams to achieve milestones to programme -Lead continual improvement in quality and cost with respect to design and delivery -Pro-actively manage project risks -Ensure information flows are maintained, with regular reporting to senior management and liaison with internal stakeholders -Support other members of the Capital Projects team on an ad-hoc basis
