Currently acting as Chief of Evidence Section at UNICEF India, as the Officer-in-Charge.Planning: Secretary of the PRIME Steering Committee, overseeing evidence planning for theCountry Office for Social Policy, Social Protection, Education, Child Protection, Social andBehaviour Change, and Disaster Risk Reduction sections, and the climatechange and environmental sustainability evidence agenda. Participated in a national evaluation capacity development course with agovernment counterpart.Knowledge Management: Ensuring that findings from research and evaluations aredisseminated to the right audience and users. Led the creation of a repository of all evidenceactivities undertaken by UNICEF India between 2017 and 2022. Technically supported the Useof Evidence Study. Led the first ever Learning-from-Failure Festival at UNICEF India and sharedits toolkit with HQ.
