Finance business partnering with Business Intelligence & Data Engineering teams to create & automate Flash email reports, DAR, MAR, QAR, Dashboards that give valuable insights to CXOs. Negotiated the commercials, increase the payment terms with all key tech and non-tech vendors for Payment gateways, security, compliance, software tools, hardware like laptops & accessories to achieve an annualized cost savings of ~₹1Cr. Maintaining & updating documentation (SOPs, model flow, steps to update model for next planning season) for the model and other Decks, reports and BAUs.
