Performing Secondary research on the latest news about the business activity (M&A, Debt equity swap etc) and macro-economic environment to rate the riskiness.• Commenting on Key risk for the business and mitigant for the same.• Calculating PD Risk Rating and LGD then commenting on the rationale for the change in the same.• Writing strength and weakness of the Business of the Borrower
