I have over 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector. I started from the grassroots level and worked my way up. I managed a team of 12 PSRs (Pilot Sales Representatives) in the Direct Distribution (DD) Sales team in Kolkata. I was responsible for handling distributors across Kolkata and surrounding suburban areas. I also focused on developing new businesses by building retail and super stockist channels.I started my journey with redBus in 2019 as a Business Development Executive. In 2021, I was promoted to Assistant Manager and handled the West Bengal market for 3 years, focusing on Sales and Business Development. I managed relationships with over 125+ bus operators, including Key Accounts, Private Operators, and Government Transport Units (STUs).
