I\'ve negotiated FEU capacity at the executive level with Maersk, MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, Cosco, OOCL and ONE — and managed freight budgets up to $85M USD across some of the most challenging times during COVID and post-COVID. With over a decade of progressive leadership, I operate at the intersection of global freight strategy, digital transformation, and operational excellence — managing end-to-end supply chains from origin supplier to store shelf, across Canada, the United States, and international markets.What sets me apart is the full chain — every piece. My hands-on experience spans ocean, air, intermodal, courier, 3PL, hazmat, and bulk tank freight — and extends through inbound DC operations, inventory flow, and final-mile store replenishment. I don\'t just move freight internationally; I ensure it arrives at the distribution centre on time and turns around fast — replenishing store shelves at the shortest possible lead time, within cost and SLA.That end-to-end ownership was tested at its hardest during COVID and the post-COVID supply chain crisis. At one of Canada\'s largest retail chains, I delivered what leadership recognized as the strongest supply chain performance the organization had seen in four years — rebuilding inbound DC delivery, restoring store replenishment velocity, and protecting margins when global freight had fractured every link in the chain.
