M/s RSB Infrastructure Ltd is holding a share of 26% with balance share being held by BEBL. BNCL was founded with the intention of taking and executing efficiently Civil Engineering Contracts in the Northern Region which otherwise would have been executed directly by BEBL. Mr Suresh Gupta was appointed as the Managing Director of the company (BNCL) with the mandate to bid, take and execute the contracts.
