I partner with leaders and organizations navigating complexity, transition, and growth, where performance, clarity, and human dynamics matter equally.For more than a decade, I’ve worked with professionals at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders, supporting them through moments that matter: onboarding into new roles, leadership transitions, organizational change, and periods of high pressure or uncertainty. My work is grounded in observable behavior change and business-relevant outcomes, not insight alone.In practice, my coaching shows up in three main ways:• Individual coaching, helping leaders achieve concrete goals such as successful onboarding, stronger influence, clearer decision-making, and sustainable performance.• Leadership and culture transformation, supporting organizations as management expectations evolve, often combining targeted workshops with 1:1 coaching to anchor new behaviors in real contexts.• Team coaching, working with leadership teams to improve both performance and dynamics, typically starting with a diagnosis and moving toward honest conversations, alignment, and clear action plans.Before becoming a coach, I spent 17 years in international and multicultural environments leading and contributing to transformation initiatives across Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. This background allows me to bridge strategy and execution and to work effectively with leaders operating under real constraints: timelines, stakeholders, performance expectations, and organizational politics.I bring a PhD-level background in analytical and systems thinking, which informs my ability to work with complex, interconnected dynamics and high-stakes decision-making. My approach integrates evidence-based coaching, systems thinking, and neuroscience-informed practices.Clients typically report greater decisiveness, stronger leadership presence, improved stakeholder relationships, and increased resilience in demanding environments.I am a PCC-credentialed coach (ICF), trained in individual, team, and systems coaching, Positive Intelligence, mentoring, and mindfulness facilitation.
