Establish and maintain business processes for day-to-day management of court ordered evaluation referrals pertaining to parental capacity.• Establish and maintain appropriate database and data tracking systems for management of court ordered evaluation referrals for parental capacity. • Review and interpret court orders. • Assign and schedule time sensitive cases consistent with statutory requirements.• Assist with management of continuous quality improvement for evaluation reports. • Coordinate program services with multiple State and local agencies. • Coordinate logistical and technical needs on complex referral cases. • Prepare for and participate in criminal court mental health dispositional dockets.• Provide technical assistance and administrative support for contract examiners. • Prepare reports on key program service delivery measures in consultation with the Director and Family Court Program Coordinator.• Assist with file and data management, as well as identifying needed improvements. • Work collaboratively in a small team environment and be able and willing to provide coverage for other staff and complete other duties as assigned.
