   Manage mechanical, hardware, software, Validation/Diagnostics, and QA labs for Hardware Development team of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.• Manage a team of lab technicians and manage their workload based on the skillsets and priorities.• Install, maintain, and service Motivair and Vertiv CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units) for use with GB200 racks including filling and refilling PG25 liquid safely.• Service the cable cartridges, Connect/Disconnect CDU hoses, install/reinstall compute trays and NVLink switches on GB200 racks.• Configure/Reconfigure Oracle, Dell, SuperMicro GB200 compute trays with different BF3 cards, CX7s, ROT cards, HMP cards, Disk Back Planes, OSFP housing/cables, E1.S drives.• Install Delta and LiteOn powershleves and whips on GB200 racks.• Work with hardware and software teams that build servers and NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms to get their requirements and assign them bench and lab spaces based on their needs.• Work closely with the facilities teams to provide proper power and cooling for the racks in R&D labs, especially NVDA and AMD GPU racks that require considerably high power and cooling.• Build racks working with multiple teams within the hardware and software division and get them stationed in proper labs in the Santa Clara facility.• Run quarterly forecasts for the bench and rack space needs by multiple teams and plan on getting those spaces ready with proper network, power, and colling infrastructure as needed.• Procure networking and other hardware for labs based on the architectural needs of various projects.• Manage Jira tickets and Confluence pages for multiple lab projects and update them according to weekly status meetings.• Present lab status and project updates to the upper management.• Install CPUs, PCIE modules, RAM, CX6, CX7, Leni cards, and other components in servers. Build whole new server from scratch following configuration guides.
