Responsible for sq. ft of selling space- Leading a team of over 275 fantastic people including 12 directly reporting managers and 26 supervisors, across 2 floors- In charge of all audit / operational standards- Monitoring all controllable costs, minimizing shrinkage, driving greater productivity- Monitoring sales and stock performance in store by utilising available information resources to ensure all targets are met- Budget planning & phasing of wages to achieve cost to sell- Identifying opportunities and taking necessary actions to improve the profitability - Overall responsible for all HR, recruitment and payroll- Ensuring the highest possible customer service is delivered- Implementing store layout changes in order to improve performance- Ensuring that high visual merchandising standards are sustained and optimised in order to attract customers- Monitoring stock management across all departments- Creating a succession plan for key roles.
