Serve as Head of Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance. Lead Pinterest\'s EU regulation and DSA compliance efforts, including creating new processes to conduct annual system risk assessments and independent audits, updating Pinterest\'s senior leadership, Pinterest Inc. Board of Directors, and Pinterest Europe Limited\'s Board of Directors, and engaging an independent audit firm. Provide trusted legal advice and cross-functional strategic support on compliance matters, including in the areas of ethics, code of conduct, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, public policy, charitable donations, anti-bribery, sanctions and global trade, third-party risk, information/data security, and local regulatory priorities. Stay on top of new and pending regulations to evaluate impact on the business and potential risk, and build controls to ensure compliance. Monitor and test the effectiveness of policies, controls, and other risk management processes through risk assessments and product assurance. Develop and communicate compliance policies, processes, and training to ensure employees, suppliers and other partners understand ethics and compliance risks and Pinterest values.
