Responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process to include job requisition, sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, candidate management, salary negotiations, interviewing, compliance, offer of employment, background investigations and on-boarding.Performs a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified candidates.Works with senior management to develop recruiting strategies across all business units.Collaborates with leadership team to establish goals, objectives, and hiring priorities.Identifies key personnel for selecting proposal opportunities and partners with proposal team to pipeline for future business.Partners with project, divisional and corporate recruiters, and Human Resources Leaders to manifest long and short-term staffing goals.Assists in implementation of sourcing strategies in support of business needs.Ensures compliance with company applicant tracking practices in accordance with federal and state laws. Actively tracks recruiting activities and other metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.Utilizes metrics to assess sourcing strategies to ensure effective investments are being made and report on recruiting activities as required or requested.Interacts with and builds relationships with third party vendors as necessary
