Assessing client’s profiles, documentation, higher education application, and overall objectives to help prepare the robust files for Visa Management purposes.*Handling and training the team of advisors to handle the customer enquiries better * The Visa Executive oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the University Advice on documentary requirements in immigration/visa services * Review documents and preparation of petitions and applications. Maintain knowledge of changes and updates in visa policies * Carry out detailed Visa Planning sessions with clients to provide them with a thorough review of documents, regulatory requirements, source of funds analysis, SOP preparation, and overall execution * Collect documents and process applications at speed; Review and organize document checklists and ensure comprehensive due diligence * Prepare Visa files in coordination with Sales Team, Clients, and follow clear approval channels to execute visa filing process * Provide guidance on all documentation (application, financials and visa submission)
