I am an Econ graduate with a passion for public policy and a niche for creativity!My first job was as a student reporter for Chutti Vikatan when I was in my sixth grade. While it wasn\'t full-time, it was significant to me none-the-less and, I graduated as one of the top performers state-wide! Since then, writing and creative expression have been among my favourite hats to wear. In my high school, I had plenty of chance to prove my extracurricular interests while excelling academically and, it all came together to help me get accepted into Chennai Loyola College\'s Undergrad Econ Programme. I thrived in the sea of opportunities and was involved with multiple organisations. Loyola gave me access to resources and also exposure to the classes of people who had not half as mush. I discovered my calling! While nurturing my Smithian passion, Loyola also sow and, drove my spark for community service. Among the accolades that I\'d received in Loyola, from Inter-departmental chess championship to excellence in theatre arts, I cherish the \'Best Community Service Volunteer Award\' the most; for my work in the National Service Scheme and the college\'s Outreach Programme. The U.S. Department of State identified the young leader in me and awarded me with the prestigious Global UGRAD Exchange Scholarship through which I had the honour of representing India during a semester in the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and act as a cultural and academic ambassador. I worked on a variety of academic projects and were also actively engaged in a spectrum of cultural and community outreach activities during my time in Minneapolis-St.Paul.After working for over two years in the Indian financial services industry, currently, I\'m exploring opportunities that\'ll allow me, to follow my ambitions and leadership drive! I\'m a fast learner continuously pushing my frontiers and, I have recently graduated from the Anant Fellowship in Sustainability and the Built Environment.
