Currently the primary writer for the Windows Blogs, as well as an editor for the site. Also writes feature stories about Xbox and gaming, as well as several editions of The Monthly Tech-In (Microsoft\'s LinkedIn newsletter that as of Aug. 2023 has 5 million subscribers).Works directly with corporate communications and stakeholders to understand PR/messaging objectives and develop effective, compelling, newsworthy digital content for the public, influencers and journalists, often managing several stories simultaneously.Converts technical jargon and difficult concepts into conversational language.Interviews SMEs and other sources, internal and external, and gathers other resources (including visual assets) in the reporting process. Uses various Copilots as part of the reporting process and in everyday tasks (meetings and emails). Manages review process for each story, including all stakeholders, to meet deadlines.
