Title: Constructing comprehensive panel for pancreatic cancer diagnostics and tracking therapeutic response with Liquid Biopsy Technology.Emphasise biomarker development from pre-curated databases by utilizing bioinformatic and computational tools.Duties: Manual curation of variants from ClinVar, COSMIC and HGMD database as well as created validation workflow for biomarker identification in pancreatic cancers using \\emph{in-silico} analysis. Grouping molecular functions of 96 gene candidates using Gene Ontology and KEGG pathway annotation using R programming with active summarising of literature studies on variant interpretation and computational genomics.
